1. Kawasaki Ninja 650R For India

Had i been a wealthy person, i would have bought the bike that we are going to talk about today. I am talking about the soon to be introduced Kawasaki Ninja 650R which is sibling of very popular motorcycle already running on the roads on India, Kawasaki Ninja 250R.Kawasaki is a world renowned brand which initiated the trend of bikes with Ram Air engines. The line-up offered globally is certainly worth its price with a host of features and breathtaking performance right at a push of the throttle and now with the addition of Ninja 650R in March 2011, the expansion plans of the company seem to take shape.

2. KTM Duke 125 For India

KTM will soon launch its KTM 125 Avatar concept 2010 variant in India. The Sporty Dirt bike will be called KTM Duke. The bike looks sporty, feels sporty, and don’t go by the 125 CC mileage, because this monster gives 20 PS power which is much higher than the normal 125 CC commuter bikes which deliver 12 to 13 PS power.

Honda Fuzo : Concept Car

The 2068 Fuzo concept comes from designer John Mahieddine, and is intended to be a sci-fi VTOL flying car. As it takes to the air, the wheels on the car retract, and the four turbines move into action, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 400 mph. The three-seat concept is kept lightweight by the use of materials like carbon fiber, Kevlar and carbon nanotubes. The controls are joystick based, the left allows the car to spin on its axis, while the right handles tilt and direction. There are two foot pedals to control power and brakes. The car can be fully controlled by a fly-by-wire system using GPS; safety will mainly be handled by parachutes and airbags.

The 2011 Honda CR-Z is a new, sport-themed gas/electric hybrid from this Japanese automaker. CR-Z is a 2-passenger, 2-door hatchback that comes in Base and uplevel EX trims. It shares some elements of its basic design with the Honda Fit subcompact car and Honda Insight hybrid 4-door. Its sole engine is a 1.5-liter gasoline 4-cylinder engine that pairs with an electric motor for 122 horsepower total. CR-Z requires no plug-in charging, and the hybrid system can shut off the gasoline engine at a stop. The car is not capable of running solely on electric power. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and a continuously variable (CVT) that behaves much like an automatic. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, front-side airbags, and curtain-side airbags. All CR-Z models have a "3-mode drive system," which drivers can set via dashboard buttons. Normal mode is for everyday driving. "Econ" changes engine throttle response and electric-motor operation to prioritize fuel economy. "Sport" alters those same functions to suit performance driving. Automatic climate control and a tilt and telescopic steering wheel are standard. EX versions have a wireless cell-phone link. A navigation system is available on the EX, and versions so equipped are priced as separate models.

The new V4 will feature an incredibly compact front cylinder head design, with just one camshaft operating all eight valves in that head, while the rear cylinder head is a tech-fest incorporating the company's latest variable-cylinder and variable valve technology. It all comes in the desire to cut precious milimeters from the engine's length and height to create a tightly packaged machine.
The Honda VFR 1200 is said to feature a 1200-cc engine with selectable cylinder deactivation system. This feature will reduce fuel consumption by halting fuel supply to specific cylinders under low load conditions, such as when running at a constant speed on a highway.

Usually the front and rear banks of a V4 engine are mirror images of one another - a design that simplifies production and saves cost. But Honda is renowned for bucking the convention and the new V4 is no exception. The new V4 does exactly the same thing inside its front cylinder head, but with two cylinders, eight valves and a six lobe camshaft.
